These sweet, sticky cashew nuts are the most delicious and addictive nuts I have ever had. They are also so simple to make that this really isn’t a recipe!
- 1 cup of sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 wedge of lemon
- 200g cashew nuts
Mix the water, sweet chilli sauce and lemon wedge in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
Add the nuts and mix well.
Leave on a medium heat for a further 5 minutes.
Spread the nuts out on a sheet of greaseproof paper and leave to cool.
Enjoy with a cold drink!
